My wife and I are natives of the great pacific northwest. As the new North Boise TRUHiT location owners, we couldn't be more excited to bring the TRUHiT lifestyle to the broader Treasure Valley.

My TRUHiT journey began over two years ago, and I've spent the last few years falling in love with the functional and calisthenic workouts that have improved my mental wellbeing and transformed physical strength. It has become my passion to live a healthy and active lifestyle so that i may be actively present in my 4 children's lives, both now and in the future. I hope to instill in them, and anyone else, the value and joy of optimizing your physical and mental health. I believe it's about embracing change and becoming your best self, so you can fully enjoy the best parts of what life has to offer.
